Dad got rushed to hospital Tuesday morning. He hadn't been well for a few days and his breathing deteriorated. They worked on him in resus for over an hour and thankfully dad held his own. His stats had dropped to 52 and his heart very tachycardic. He was on 15 lpm of oxygen and even the slightest movement sent his organs into a frenzy. But dad being dad, came through, again.
He has been so upset at being in again and just wanted to be home. Well today he had his wish and I had the best Christmas present ever. I picked him up at 5pm and promptly had a row for being late lol. That's my dad, I thought! Even now, he had his sense of humour.
So thankyou Santa for coming early, I could not have had a better present xxxxxxxxxxxx
