Since being diagnosed with the copd devil lol in January I have been using Incruse inhaler it was a powder form one . It seemed to be fine until my last script I felt the powder crumbling in my mouth and throat sticking to it. I was also using my ventolin much more when using Incruse. I went to my nurse and explained I was happy with the Incruse but wanted a spray form (they dont do one ) so she put me on Spiriva Respimat...iv been using the Spiriva 2 weeks now and iv only used my ventolin twice in that 2 weeks after exercise long may it continue and needless to say if they try and get me back on Incruse inhaler I shall be refusing 😀😀😀

Yes, stick to what works best for you. I have already told my GP not to change any of my meds back in March, after my latest spirometry test, because of my improvements, he then put my meds review forward until next January :) and (not being nasty) hope that I will not need to see him until then.
