Phlegm in throat.

Danielle, I have the same exact problem. Was told it was pollen. I do smoke, trying to quit because of this.

sadly GreywolfNC, from my experience and every single person I have spoken to, listened to and read about, trying to quit doesn't cut it

whilst you may wish to proliferate and ponder on whether or not smoking brought about your current lung condition all that can be said, should you continue to smoke now your lung condition will deteriorate faster if you are smoking

I do wish you well whatever your choice and like you, I am also interested in how the pollen count impacts upon us

That is very true. I have friends that have never smoked and have the same thing.
