COPD makes you feel low.
But you’re the only one to know.
It doesn’t show that you’re unwell,
And you don't really like to tell.
You meet a friend along the way,
And walk together as friends may.
They’re walking fast you can’t do more
Without collapsing on the floor.
One thing we could do instead,
Is tattoo ‘COPD survivor' on our head’.

Hi Don like the poem, I am off to chase the blues with a long weekend in Devon, with a freind who walks as slow as me See you on Tuesday.

Lovely, I think you are in for some good weather, ideal for slow walkers. 🐌 😀

Was good weather but had to use inhalers more due to humidity. We had a classic car rally too, plus a firework display, plus victorian parade. Generally very busy weekend enjoyed by all. Yes and I did have to walk slow but at least I can still get out and enjoy what I am able.
