I'm 68, just diagnosed with COPD at 46% FEV1. I quit smoking 20 years ago, but if I hadn't I would probably be typing this from beyond the grave by now. I don't use oxygen supplements yet, but probably will at some point and will use them when I need to because it will extend my life and time with my family.

Welcome Catfinger, nice photo. I am carer for hubby Pete who has sarcoidosis, COPD (bronchitis) and back problems. He is not on oxygen and is doing well on the whole. Gave up smoking 26 years ago. Xxxxx
