I have had Bronchiectasis since I was 3 years old. I am 67 years old. Like many I am susceptible to infections very easily. Most of my life I have been able to work and live normally. Antibiotics used when needed. I have found that the more I understand my condition the sooner I take action, where possible, to address what I feel is not right. That usually means getting to the doctor sooner than later.

Welcome, or G'day 👍 I've learnt more since being on this forum than I did in the previous 7 years of suffering from COPD, I am now at stage 3, trying to live my life as normally as I can. My elderly mum has Bronchiestsasis so I've been able to advise her a little too. Everyone on here seems really helpful. Keep well
Thanks Brisara. Being able to search for understanding of ones health situation on the internet is a great help. Cheers.
