Hello Dove and welcome to the group.

I've been diagnosed 6 years too although, a Spirometry done a few years earlier, showed a slightly lower than average reading and I was advised to stop smoking.

We're a friendly bunch on here and we have some very knowledgeable members, ( Not me haha.) and you'll get loads of support. xx
