Hi from me too. I also have copd (emphysema) at moderate level. I'm 58 and find it doesn't stop me doing things I did before, I just have to do them more slowly sometimes.

Hi and very welcome and well done for actually getting through with the new changes! I have very severe COPD but try not to let it take over my being - I have it, it doesn't have me. The support on here is wonderful and I fully recommend the site to anyone who cares or has a lung problem. xx
