Hi

A Blue Badge is prove of eligibility to use designated parking bays. And other council approved parking areas without penalty.

There are also non council designated parking bays, some chargeable.

Are you in the UK, Missy 2122? Perhaps the Blue Badge scheme is just British. Mine is invaluable as I can park by the entrance to the hospital or clinic in specially designated places. Kind thoughts, Albert.
