I'm new here but pneumonia finished me!

I have emphysema and bronchiectasis. Between January and April 2016 we had an extension on our bungalow and the constant dust resulted in my contracting pneumonia. I also had pneumonia 2 years ago but since this last attack my breathing has deteriorated dramatically. I run a couple of Keep Fit classes for the over 60's but struggle with the aerobic section. Fortunately, I have some good leaders so the rest of the class follow them. How can I improve my breathing problems as I feel so miserable struggling with the simplest of actions which I could do easily before my last bout of pneumonia?
