The suggestion to ALSO use the Asthma site forum was to gain more information about the peak flow reading

Do you feel all right? Mine goes lower than that, but I don't measure my peak flow - it's sometimes done when I go for LFTs. Personally I wouldn't worry about it, but you haven't said very much about yourself?

Take care, Sue

Mine is about 100 on bad days and 250 on the best. I am slim, active and fairly fit but goodness knows how my body manages!

Hello ... my peak flow reading barely reached 100 on a good day so my dr doesn't even bother with it anymore & tends to go on how I feel in myself !! ... I do however remember a time when even though its still a low reading ... I felt quite well at 150 !! ... no-one knows your body better than yourself so as long as you feel well I wouldn't worry too much ... obviously if you feel more breathless than usual then go & see you dr xxx
