Exercise helps to get the circulation going. I use the old fashioned cure and wear thick socks. :)

My doctor said eat a banna but think them circultion socks would do better job

Hi. A friend gave me slippers that look like fur boots. They solved my frozen feet problem ( in the house anyway).

Ah cold feet, I am sitting with some nice fluffy socks on but my toes are still cold and then I get the to hot feet. My preferred method with my feet are bare as they tend to hurt quite a bit and have found naked works best even at work (in an office), but today with icy toes I'm at my wits end, think a bath is in order as that normally warms them up although my feet say water to hot, body says not warm enough.

I can only think of thermal socks. My Grandson is very tall and the doctor told him the reason that his fingers are cold is that he is not drinking enough water - believe it or not - since he has started to do just that, his hands are warm. I don't know how that can help your poor feet but worth a try.

Could you have Raynaud's disease? I have this condition and my feet and hands are cold most of the time. In the cold weather and air conditioning it's worse. Link to Mayo Clinic information:

I hope this helps. tbeth

I'm so sorry you can't afford to have heat. Is there an organization where you live that can help you? I hope things improve for you.
