Not really, I had a membership here and posted just the once a few years ago. Then went off doing other things. Moving and Writing and Quilting..oh and moving again. I made a list all those things you say you're going to do when you're healthier and never think to consider that 'the end is nigh!!'.
For me, the list turned into a 'bucket' a little faster than I supposed so I've had to shrink the 'things' down as it wouldn't all fit in! Then there's the question 'energy' or lack of it to do all these 'bucket thingys' (I'm certain next doors dog came in when I was fiddling with my O2, nicked my energy and buried it somewhere in their garden!!)
I have a cat now, so that's proof I'm staying put, he's called Bentley and he's absolutely ruined (and I make no apology for that, even though he is a pain the the bum)...he knows I'm talking about him, he keeps looking at me in that sleepy way cat's look when they're using their ESP.....I wonder if he nicked my energy??
It's OK I'm not a nut case, just someone who's trying to make a few people smile, we have enough misery between the lot of us to cry a river wide enough to drown the whole world in salty tears!
Look forward to knowing you all a little better...and hopefully we can all smile together.
Thanks sassy, though I have a feeling I'll not be finding that energy again...and they don't make Lucozade like they used to (If you're over 50 you might just understand that) haha
A very warm welcome back Bajer. It sounds as if you've busy while you were away. 😀
As you can probably see from the different posts, we like to discuss fun things, gardens, pets etc as well as our lung conditions. 😷🎉 Its what keeps us all sane, I believe 😉😂
So please join in & I'm sure the cat 🐱 lovers would like to see a photo of your Bentley, if you've got time. 👍
Welcome back Bajer and Hello to Bentley also. No dobt we'll be posting soon and will get to know one another. This is such a friendly site - I wonder if it was previously when you found it ? We have an absolute mixture of ages, illnesses, views and opinions here but support is top of the list. That's why it is by far the best forum to be included in. Regards SH.
No, Bentley's not the culprit - cats reserve their own energy so why would he need yours, now if it was your sleep that had gone missing, I'd say look no further.🙀😸 Hello Bajer.
Hello Hidden . I loved reading your post. I'm so glad you came back and have settled. Bentley sounds like a lovely cat. I wish my mum would get a cat. She's forever talking about it. I think it would do her good. Looking forward to more posts from you. Welcome back.
Hi Hidden , Welcome back. I'm the crazy cat lady on the site.😁 I look forward to seeing Bentley. I also love to make lists. Never seem to get around to doing anything I write on it. So much fun thinking about it! Who needs to actually do it.Lol... Hope we see more of you. Ruby🌹
Nice to meet you. I know you will enjoy your return as much as I have enjoyed my welcome. Great group of folks with some very interesting lives( even though they may not realize it at times. I love hearing all their stories and about their villages. I live in the USA. So learning about their gardens, lemon tree, trip to town after being house bound for awhile and so many more all bring smiles to my face. I'm sure you will love being back and I look forward to hearing all your quirky stories too.
While I don't have a cat any more, I do love them and look forward to seeing a photo of Bentley. I hope you will stay awhile and join the Poldark lovers here.
