OK, for probiotics you do NOT want a single strain.

I, personally, get Probio 7 from Holland & Barret. I will take them for 2 to 3 months and then a month off (finances). These capsules contain 7 strains of colon friendly bacteria. They are 25.99 a box of 100. I take two with the evening meal.

I also take enzymes. Most cooking and modern farm techniques remove natural enzymes from foods.

A healthy functioning colon is essential in any hope of treating or control of disease.

Hi Robert Your not wrong there about dieases and functional stomach colon.

To many times in past year i have sterilised guts bowles AND what help did i get of doctors none.

Is a disgrase how can suffer all that and bad stomach inflamation and you still left to get on with it our selfs dispite waight loss.

The truly are piece of work these so called GP's not once did a gp tellme about inflammation stomach absobing issues.

And you would think the would given how inportant immunty is to lung dieased BUT that just shows how intrested they are SAT there waiting to cash the cheque BUT the not that daft as thats stuff my doctor takes practice nurse.
