Vampire ? My doctor recommends that I do not go out in strong sunlight. She never mentioned garlic, the Holy Cross or avoiding mirrors so maybe I won't need to go and live in Transylvania.

She did say to take vitamin D. I asked her to put it on my prescription and she said she would need to check with the NHS if it is possible.Watch this space.
