That's beautiful Nanny and l remember seeing it. We bought one from there but it had to go back as too heavy for the wall!

Have a wooden one now from Dunelm which is just right. Xxx

to heavy for the wall is your house made of straw ,

Yes Malcolm! How did you guess? The big bad wolf huffed and puffed but couldn't blow it down!

Seriously though, internal walls are plaster board and the beautiful mirror we chose was very heavy. That's the thing with new houses. Xx 😀😀

Haha my hubby hates putting things on the walls such as a mirror ar picture ,,,as our house is only 10 years old and walls are like paper ,,,,.hence this light weight mirror ,

dawn had a house like that once , I put a shower curtain rail up and the drill bit went straight threw into the bedroom , I had always been use to solid walls , glad ours aren't like it in the bungalow would give the neighbours more to moan about

It's a smashing bargain. You really couldn't have picked a better one - it so blends in with your fireplace and restful colour scheme.

I like Dunelm, and bought heavy gold tapestry curtains and coverlet online from there for my bedroom....am saving for cushions now. It's a good job the shop isn't within walking distance or I'd be in debt.

lets hope its not a smashing one , that's 7 years bad luck , I smashed my shaving mirror when in hospital 3 days later they decided to take half my lung out ,

...and it sounds very lovely. The walls in my conservatory - such as they are - painted in one called Potters Clay - a lovely dove grey shade.

Hi nanny1086, what a beautiful room.....so calming....my house is so full of stuff, time for a clear out I think. Very envious.

My bedroom curtains and bedding came from Dunhelm....plain grey and restful I thought , then I spoiled it all with too many pictures bought on e bay and cushions too.
