I've been missing for a while, working full time etc. but now I got fired I have more time.
So whilst surfing the net this morning I came across the article below - I would love to hear what you think. If you think you would like to buy on hang on a short while because I ordered 2 and they should be delivered tomorrow. I will let you know what I think - I think we could all do with being more energised (without the steroids Cough!)

I'm not too sure about the product you are planning on...I'll just stick to my oxygen I think, luckily for me I have my own water supply and its good.
Best advise to achieve more energy is walk every day, or just keep moving about and drink plenty of water that's not got anything in it ( I've got a lot of Manganese in my water source ) but have U.V. and filters. Water is vital for well being, cell regeneration etc., )
Hopefully, someone might like to try this product....just out of curiosity was it very expensive?

When I look at things like this, there are a couple of tests you can apply to see if it is "medically approved" or not. It failed on the first and main one....is it available VAT free to disabled folk....and this one is not. Therefore, it will not be on my shopping list.

i am of the view of hufferpuffer, on this one, its maybe just me, but i always remember when i was first diagnosed,my doctor told me never to spend money on things that are miracle cures etc. as there will be plenty out there.

First don't forget Mauka Honey is discounted at Holland & Barratt at the moment. I cant remember what the deal is but it is a good one. I totally agree with Huffer but drinking is easier for me - yes I meant water not wine!

i did get a good deal from h and b , but only after a dispute their ad. [ a while ago] said ALL products buy one get another for a penny, i had someone buy me one and never got the discount , the manager in the shop said the 24+ stuff didn't come under this deal, he said in was SELECTED products ,,,long story cut short after a few e mails i got my free big £52 jar , as i had proved their ad. was misleading
don't mention water please i fell asleep last night with a bottle of water in my hand, woke up in the night, thought my catheter had burst,,, what a job at 3am , anyway all's well now.

hi again carol, although very interesting i find it is still advertising based,
i note the narrator had an australian accent ,
i have to say carol i live in scotland where the water is best after all they make whisky with it, which sold all over the world [ but i don't drink any alcohol at all now ]
but it really is well known about the water in scotland, it is a very soft water easier to wash in, compared to say london where the water is hard , harder to wash in, harder to get soapy suds in etc.
most folks who come here notice the difference right away, so im happy with our scottish water

Hi Jimmy ,sorry to butt into Stephanie's post,hi Stephanie,but just wondering if you,ve tried Scottish Heather honey?I like the Manuka taste but it does,nt seem to give me any health benefits where as the Heather one does.I,m trying to figure out if it,s a regional thing,I was born in North East Scotland.It,s a lot cheaper too,give it a try I think Tesco do it,they,ve always run out so I get mine from Amazon on line.Cheers hope you are both happy and healthy.Off to bed now,night night D.
Funny you should mention that as i just read a short article on breathing exercises that increases your alkaline. The more im reading up on the the more im surprised that we are not taught about it..Acidosis is a huge issue for many of us...i bought some Ph strips the other day and my levels were 5.75....The next day i ate lots of raw kale and spinach etc and it went up to 7 and i actually felt great.
I was told right at the start of my diagnosis that i should be on an 80 % alkaline diet but i could do it then because the hospital wanted me on a high fat diet to get my weight up and its worked but i cant stand the way i feel
I think the nhs are giving us a raw deal by not giving us this sort of information

I watched a documentary a couple of years ago that said our bodies had to work harder and longer to break down raw food to gain all the nutritious benefits from it and cooking the food just made it easier
They seem to change their mind about food and drink , you only have to look at the red wine issue..one week its good for us then its bad then it good and now we are back to it being bad for us
Although i made a joke of it i just cant see how we get more value from food by cooking it because we are animals at the end of the day and can live on just raw foods....
There is a program on tonight about healthy eating that ive missed called "how to lose weight well" ....It shows a lot about alkaline in our diets and from the little bit of research ive been doing its a big deal for any of us with lung issues to have plenty of alkaline in our diets so i will be looking for a repeat of it to watch..........channel 4seven on freeview called "How to lose weight well"
