I'm off to spend the day with my grandaughter ,,,,how lucky am I thank goodness for inset days ( what ever they are ) ,I think some cake making will be taking place .🍰🍩🍪

Yes it is. This weather makes me lethargic. Merlin and I have just had ice cream, and I now have a glass of home made lemonade.

I never know why they cant do their training days in the school holidays our youngest is at the local collage its unbelievable the amount of days of he has because on them some times 2 times in a month always the days he is timetabled to be getting practical experience in the workshop , so they end up missing out , and his supposed full time course is only 12 hours a week I cant see how they class that as full time ,

I know what you mean ,,,teachers want everything there way ,,,,how the years change our outlook ,we would have loved inset days ,,,,but even when we had a cold we had to go to school ,,,,teachers today ,,,,

Enjoy them while we can I say ,they grow up far too fast these days ,,,,of to the theatre on Friday with daughter and grandaughter ,,,then Saturday I'm off to Devon for a week with my girls ,,,,hope to a bit cooler then ,
