Valuable information James. I take an aspirin 75mg after breakfast but this is making me reconsider.

Great information, James. I haven't been taking a baby aspirin, up till now. But will be starting. I definitely don't drink enough water. Thanks.😊 Rubyxx

Very informative will certainly drink more water an look into the baby aspirin , my dr put me on aspirin but I stopped it because it upset my tum, will have to rethink that again. Thanks or the info.

Lots of good a dvice. I was prescribed small dose asprin once, but got stomach pain, also can't take ibuprofen. Do avoid drinking at night because of trips to the loo. Will try and remember all the water though. Thanks.

Please do NOT take aspirin if you are on warfarin as this also acts as a blood thinner and can be dangerous.
