Back home.
Sending sunshine to you David. Xxx
Welcome home........sorry it is a grey return for you and by the look of the three little devil pictures...it seems it was not all 100% great on your holiday. Sunshine won't be long now, just hang in there....at least you are on terra firma
Think we could all do with a large dose of sunshine, the bits of it that we do get are too fleeting and quite often accompanied by very cool breezes to do much good. Fed up with raincoats, cardigans and brollies - and with having to light a fire most evenings. What's happened to summer?
Aaah, Magpuss, not cold here, just clammy and grey today. We have had a lovely summer so far with just the odd day of rain, necessitating lots of hosepipe use...oh my poor water meter. Where I live is on the outskirts of Blackpool's own micro climate - called by airline pilots "The Blackpool Bubble". I know I am very lucky.
Oh you lucky lady! What are the property prices like 'up there'! It hasn't actually rained here for two days now but it's been overcast, miserable and still quite breezy, tho' less of a cool breeze today so feeling much milder. I've had some kind of stomach bug all this week and today's been the first day that I've felt like doing anything and looking at the garden (wild life meadow) I found myself thinking ' what would Jennifer do' - so I got the mower out! Thanks for the inspiration!
Hello Magpuss,
I'm pleased for you that you are feeling much better now - just take it steady this weekend.
Oh gosh - is that how I come across.....heh heh...it's the weeds that are getting to me at the moment - they are doing baetter than anything else.
I'd rather a wild life meadow that a pristine lawn any day. Property is cheap here, very cheap indeed
xx
Bless you - we haven't had much sunshine ourselves. Hope you enjoyed some of your holiday.
