Hello peoples

What have you found effective for relieving symptoms and slowing the progression of (mild) COPD? Particularly drugs/steroids that bring either measurable improvements or ease the breathing during exertion.

Thanks

I have moderate/severe COPD and have been going to the gym on a course of pulmonary rehab for 10 months so far - it has slowed the progress of the disease and I feel much better for it.

Give it a try.

Exercise is the best treatment. If you can get onto a Pulmonary Rehab course it will provide a good learning experience for how to deal with COPD but also a marvellous exercise regime.

Good luck

Hundreds of people like me are using cannabis oil to treat COPD.

I cannot tell you how or where i get it, but if you search for groups on facebook that advocate the use of cannabis for treating COPD hopefully you will find the right group.
