If I get hot, my breathing goes to pot, but I also feel the cold, so life is a constant adjustment between heating on, gilet off, window open etc etc.  I keep a hand held fan near me which seems to help with the breathing when I'm too warm

Rads on in the bedrooms and no open windows at night for me, my lungs don't like cold air at all, in the summer no heating but windows remain closed due to chronic hayfever.

I can't see how it does. ..it can well effect asthma..but just about anything can do that...

The way I see it centeral heating was a God send when I live in U.K.

If you feel that it is having an effect on you then you have to look for the reason why....

Ventilation in rooms is often overlook.

Is the air to dry for you.

Members have talk about humidity and have bought humidifiers.

Others had bought fans for there rooms that the use the most..and said it has help with there breathing.

Maybe dont put it on in your bed room and use a heater ...see if that makes a difference.

Hope you find the answers soon.

Andy.
