Sores from contact with sitting and sleeping

I was reading a post from someone who said that they had contact sores but cannot find it so I thought that I would post this info in the hope that they see it. I use Hydromol for such things on my bum. I can be gotten on prescription from your surgery.

Sudocreme is often used for pressure sores. I have seen some huge ones in the past, so they do need very careful care.

Funnily enough, I've been caring for a little patch on my bottom which after reading your post,is obviously a contact sore. Its because I'm sitting for long periods in the same position. I've just watched a UTube video about it and its scary how quick they can become a real problem. So Sudocream it is. Happy bottom !!
