I have lupus, fibromyalgia, asthma and copd

I am a twin, my sister is a the healthy one. I am married and have one son. aged 20. Was diagnosed with asthma, copd and fibromyalgia a year after my mum passed away, 2010. I am suffering with pleurisy at the moment. feels great to be finally able to talk to people who understand and can offer advice and help

Oh that's a full plate! You poor thing. How is your pleurisy affecting you?

It's not very nice at the moment, slowly getting better but it's hard, everything I have does not help at all

It's effecting me quite a bit, also having copd is not helping. I feel so tired and just worn out

Hmm - seems like you might have to focus on small things at a time. You say you're slowly getting better but sounds difficult to hang on to that because you feel so tired. Don't give up - I promise you, you're not really worn out yet! I hope you can get a lift soon - however small - a teeny bit more energy makes such a difference when we're struggling with our lungs. Hello. My god daughter has fibro and smokes (a lot). But a recent bout of pleurisy has made her give up - again. Hope it lasts this time. It killed her Dad at 62 you would have thought she would have packed in the smoking then. Anyway, I know how bad it is to have fibromyalgia from what she tells me. I have had asthma since birth, diagnosed with Bronchiectasis 5 years ago and aspergillosis a month ago. Welcome to the site. I hope we can help you.
