Just skimming through before I go to sleep. Have had two very busy days. Baked and cleaned and goodness knows what else but hardly sat down other than to Skype the youngest (step) grandson in Florida to wish him a happy 8th birthday yesterday. Other half back ome tomorrow. So that will be the end of all my fun. Lol.

Yes. So far so good. I have got gunky nose now so must have a cold or something. Going to phone the doc tomorrow but it doesn't seem to be affecting my lungs at the moment. Just blow my nose dozens of times a day. Did have a bit of a sinus like ache a few times the other day so better get it checked out but doubt they will give me anything.
Hope you had a good sleep. I slept well and am just about to get up and have my porridge and Itraconazole now. Hope this is another good day.
Really pleased for you that you've got your life back Sian, brilliant. You must be on a high. Do flipping take care though. Can you whack in some vitamin C to fight the cold bugs?
Re sinuses, I've had nasal polyps for 20 years (horrendous 7 day headaches treated as migraine until 2006 op) plus very narrow nasal passages. I've taken Nasonex nasal spray on prescription ever since which has helped enormously.
Recently I ran out of Nasonex and bought, from the pharmacy, Numark Hayfever Relief for Adults. Was excellent in helping to keep lower nasal passages clear.
Just sayin....you need to keep those nasty sinus spores from escaping into the lower respiratory tract. Sure you know that already so I'll shut up now!
Actually you are probably right and I should up my Vit C now. I have upped my dose of my nasal spray. I am on flutica owe for allergic rhinitis. Used to be able to lay off it in the winter but for the last couple of years I have neede it all year. Still don't take the full dose as it tends to cause nose bleeds so take half or quarter the dose and up it when I seem to be getting a problem. It seems to have helped today
