Just managed to reset everything by going to the library and disturbing their peace with my "reset" code but done it and just hope this lasts until I get back home now. So much to tell you.
So good to be back with you all properly.

OK. At the clinic today. Had more blood tests and another sputum sample taken and got put on Itraconazole tablets. Looking forward to seeing some improvement with this. Have asked them to ensure that I get sent a copy of any letter so that once I receive it I can take it to the GP and we can discuss it then. Saves phoning every week to find out if they have received a letter. This next one is going to be important as it will ask for changes with my medication to accommodate the Itraconazole.
Well, the news is. My surgery have pulled a master stroke this time. About every week I have been telephoning to see if they had received a letter from UHSM. Still hadn't got a letter when I had to see them about an unrelated matter on Monday. The GP I saw was lovely and gave me my flu jab, first time I have had it so early. I told her that I had got a call from UHSM that morning to say that their letter had been returned to them saying "not our patient". Told to get UHSM to fax the letter through. They faxed it on .Tuesday morning and at the time of writing they say it has still not arrived. Am I paranoid or is that surgery out to get me? I just cannot believe it.
One good bit of news is that the microbiology lab here are rushing through a sputum sample and have agreed to fax the results to UHSM. Am hoping they will get it in time for my appointment on Friday. Normally they will not fax these test results so am pleased with them.
Arranged to have "afternoon tea" with a friend of ours who is a nurse in Manchester on Friday after my appointment. Really looking forward to that. It is over a year since I had a proper afternoon Tea at Betty's in Harrogate.
Oh the other news is me and him are thinking of tying the knot legally. After being happy for 22 years as we are . Think he is after my company pension - he would get Β£62 a month (yes, month) lol, every little helps eh?
Talk to you all sometime tomorrow.

Hello Sian. Cant the Practice Manager sort out this problem with the letter from UHSM? Perhaps he/she could phone UHSM and get it emailed or faxed again? Someone needs to take action!
Congratulations ifyou are going to tie the knot. I assume we are all invited to the party Robin
