Morning.

Its that time again!

I've had the jab for years. No ill effects

This year I've been in hospital - Pneumonia. Discharged 10 days ago and I'm almost afraid to acknowledge that I havent felt this well for so long

😀

I'm worried about the vaccine after being so poorly.

Keep smiling.

Ann ☺

Hi Ann, I see where you're coming from and am also a little bit apprehensive of flu jab at the moment because I have an infection. Suppose the best thing to do would be to ring your doctor's surgery and ask. But apart from that, delighted to hear you are feeling well after your recent bout of pneumonia.

Hi so sorry you have been so poorly. Pneumonia is really nasty and takes time to recover from. I would be guided by your doctor. To have the flu jab you should be well with no form of cold or infection. I have been having the flu jab for 50 years, yes that's right, and I have never had a reaction to it. I have, like everyone else fell ill weeks later and blamed the flu bug but really there is no danger of you being ill. There are some side effects but if you have had the jab before without problems you should be fine providing you are well at the time of the jab. Good luck and take care. Maximonkey

Thank you.

Yes. . I've had the jab for years too. With little or no effect.

I now have to go to surgery tomorrow. So will no doubt leave having had it!

Thanks again for your good wishes

Ann ☺
