I've read about that too. Not had any experience but I'm sure some members will be able to answer your question. Will be interesting to read!

Salt cave is good for get crap out you lungs. And has been medical proven. 1 try is free i you have one near you pop in . G.p only give out they med . Cant harm you .

Not visited a salt cave, but I do have a salt pipe, I got it off Amazon. They don't work for everyone, so if you do get to visit a salt cave first, you could perhaps invest in a pipe if the cave works.

People I know who belong to a COPD group tried it a year or so ago. I hear that some found it very helpful, others not so much but unfortunately the results are not long lasting it seems.

Myself and some members of my group use a salt pipe, as mentioned by poemsgalore1. They seem very helpful.

Hi piglet i myself have copd stage 5 used the salt caves in Edinburgh, I thought it was great, you get the 1st one free, but it takes 2 or 3 times for you to feel the difference,i can understand it's not for everybody but I felt it helped me do light house walk better than I had been, I had a mastectomy and it was difficult for me to get there, I used to tell him to build one over the bridge so I could go every day, he sells the salt pipes, and gives deals for block bookings, as I said it's not for everybody hope this helps x

I ha e salt caves near me and was going to book some sessions. On reading the small print it stated not recommended for people with lung conditions. I keep reading posts about salt pipes and must admit I am curious xx
