hi panda why did they stop your dvla. did they assess you for pip ?

tam

Hi panda it seems to be completely random. I remember being at PR and the nurse saying that we could all be equal but for some reason you, you and you get it but the others won't.

I am glad you are appealing. Good luck with it. x

did you get that letter telling you that you had to reapply for PIP. or did you your DLA run out. I think its the people at the beginning of the process that chose who to pass on for further inspection to the people who have med experience.

Glad you appealed , hope you get it, sending hugs.

Hi,

Just heard from a friend who has been getting DLA for ten years, she was randomly chosen for PIP assessment, they refused her claim and DLA was stopped.

I think it is appalling how they are treating people regarding benifits, and it is all to save the government money.

I just think it's wrong and causes such a lot of distress.

I hope your appeal goes well.

The important thing is to appeal AND complain to your MP. Judges must get sick and tired of overruling Atos.

My youngest girl has severe asthma, also painful arthritis and a tremor. she has been on DLA for some time. She was made to sign on. The office is 10 miles away.

She has other health problems, which I won't go into here. She is in constant pain. It really is dreadful, the way she has been treated.

Not what you're looking for?
