There are often questions posted on here about travel insurance. Just wanted to let you know that I found a good quote (with thyroid cancer, bronchiectasis and asthma) from this comparison site quote.medicaltravelcompared... (not sure how to make this a link) at 'Get Going Insurance'. May be worth giving them a go.

I have been declined by even the likes of Saga and Staysure--try Allclear--they quoted me a reasonable cost. I have severe COPD mild Emphysema and had a mini stroke last Xmas. I am 68
