Oh boy I really shouldn't post this having watched it back but what the heck its only for a laugh and to show everyone you don't have to be good at singing to exercise those lungs and improve breathing control.

Should have given a big Yeah!!!! Tom Style or an Elvis/Tony has left the building at the end but I was to busy multi tasking and trying to include Tiger the Cat Ha Ha.
Think I would need a very good voice on my shoulder to tackle that song. Just listened to Richard Harris sing it and it seems its a good idea not to leave your cake out in the rain. .
youtu.be/iplpKwxFH2I This may have to do unless I feel a moment of madness come over me. Ha Ha
Well at least this one gives you time to catch your breath. The one I really think we could rock would be bye bye miss American pie. But that is 6 mins with no instrumental pauses. Or perhaps something by Queen? At present just recovering from a fight with a super kingsize duvet and cover. Result duvet 1, Tina 0
I know exactly where your coming from, changing the bedding is a real workout these days. I washed and dried ours yesterday but I left the hard bit to Sharon who fitted it all back. All that bending just does me in, give me a mountain to climb any day but not the dreaded duvet cover and sheets.
I've had a restful day today and made the most of this amazing weather but maybe tomorrow will be a day for driving my Chevy to the Levy, American pie or something like, as you say 6 mins may be too much for these lungs to handle. I can always sing the chorus after a few drinks down the pub on New Years Eve so it'll be fun trying.
Perhaps a few Southern Comforts to set the correct atmosphere will improve the vocals eh' Tina. .
Now lets have a look at the full lyrics and get ready to rumble!
Next time you take on a duvet get international rescue on standby or I'll get the superman suit out or maybe just relax and leave it to Mr Dozy. .

Britains got talent next stop, that's cheered me up no end, not a bad singer xx
Great idea to multitask while singing! We have just started a community choir where I live and it is great fun and provides a workout in good company. All songs are connected to time as we will be singing at our Town Clock at the end of October to celebrate the first stage of its restoration being completed. The conductor is amazing and got us singing in three parts straight away.
Just goes to show its not only women who can multitask eh' Pentreath. It sounds like your having fun with singing in the choir and getting some good lung exercise at the same time. Its a win win situation and should be a great day in October at the clock tower. Don't be late as you'll have no excuse Ha Ha.
That's basically what I've done Puff, I've brought my car singing into the home and then transferred it to the unfortunate Healthunlockeders to suffer .
I'm convinced though it does help with breathing control and helps prevent hyperventilation, I used to find myself taking lots of short and fast breaths for no obvious reason, especially when watching TV and have found a little singing seems to have stopped this.
keep up the driving and singing Puff as far as I know there isn't a law against it yet.
Brilliant Tony, haven't heard that one for a long time. Have to start up a rock group choir. New trend for the keep fit classes what do you reckon??? So let us know when the next jam session is.
Its an oldie but a goodie as they say, who knows when the next moment of madness will happen but I'm sure to be singing again as its good for us so watch out and keep your ear plugs handy. .
Thanks katie for reading the line 'Be kind to me' Tony xx
I'm ticking over nicely thanks but still not back on the list as yet, Their still discussing what to do with me at the moment so we wait again. I have an interesting problem involving my bum a piece of wire (seton stitch) and a thing called a fistula. google it if you dare.
Anyway I may just sing myself back to good health in the mean time and the lung with my name on it will do for someone else.
I'm ok this hot weather is a bit of a nightmare with the breathing and the old man snoring nights are long lol.
This bum problem is taking its time to get sorted are you having regular appointments with the practice nurse for this hope you get things sorted out soon, take care and keep the singing videos coming.
Many thanks for giving me a huge ear to ear smile today when I watched your production. I play the ukulele but don't sing as otherwise my wife would show me the door. laughs. She likes the sound of the uke but not my voice. I will have to have a sing song when she is out. Keep it up. You look like you are enjoying yourself and laughing is good for us
Hi Sokrackers, like you I'm a fighter and will try anything to keep these lungs of mine working and if I can have fun at the same time then that's great.
There will be drums and air guitar in the next tune on your request so watch out for it and then run and hide.
Hope your still smashing it down at the gym SKers and yer daughter is now working for Jaguar Landrover too.
It seems I must have met your nurse. . She's right though it helps your lungs and breathing control so why not give it a go.
I do feel better afterwards but anyone in earshot may not agree. Ha Ha.
When I was in ICU for 2 1/2 months I managed to talk the team into having a radio on, its amazing how that small thing lifted my spirits and helped me get out of there.
Hi Dan, what about 'all I need is the air that I breath' by the Hollies. Great idea a C.O.P.D Rock choir with Floyd and the Hollies for starters, got to be a winner. .
Great stuff CasperCat, you'll have some fun and improve your breathing control along the way. Rock On!!! and thanks for being kind as I requested on my post He He. .
Dall05 I just lo ved it you sound alright you k now, maybe Johnny cash next time,I wish I could do what you just don, take my hat off to you xxx big hugs as well.
