Hi , if you type in salt caves and salt pipe in the search box on the top right hand corner of this page , you will find the previous posts on the subject.

I tried a salt pipe some time ago...but I don't know if it helped or not ...sorry.

from what i've read i would deffo give the salt caves a go, you can take children over 6 months they're that safe. i dont need the pipe - yet!

I have a salt inhaler but it's too soon yet to see if there is a positive effect. I'll keep going with it and report on here if there is any improvement.

I also have just started, today third day, using a salt pipe. Happy to report in future of effects. Won't do any harm. Also considering getting a salt lamp.

Use of salt in any way makes me worse so be very careful. I am 68 and have mild emphysema and severe COPD. Even saline in a nebuliser reduces my already small capacity by 25%!! Get checked out with your pulmonary team . Bet of luck.
