Sorry for not being on it's just this Lung infection it has taken so much out off me and the constant coughing is murder and my ribcage is going to collapse this is the fourth week but I hear some people have it for even longer I will be back soon.matt

Take care Matt I'm just finished 3rd week and the infection is still with me ,don't know why it's lasting so long

Well. my cold is nerly over; bit of a bother with blurred vision (and no it's not too much sex!!!!)

My fute learning is the challenge that keeps me goin.

BUT let's think of the toher's who need us.

Hello I am just getting over a lung infection where I always started coughing early evening it's now nearly gone thanks to the antibiotics

Hi ,,,sadly I've had this infection of mine since 5th January ,,,I also had on e back in October /nov 2014, and one in July / august ,,,,and may/June ,,,, and january/February 2014. ,,,,,also January 2014 I had 2 falls smashing my wrist which needed to be pinned and plated ,,,,and then two fingers ,I was hoping for a better start to the year 2015. Sadly not so far,,,,so chin up ,,,,hope WE AND EVERYONE ELSE ,,,,,feel well again soon ,

Hi Matt, Husband back on third course of antibiotics and steroids! Dont what germs are around this year but they certainly seem to be hanging on. Have had the sputum sample tested came back as negative - two days later all started again! Hope you start to feel better soon, take good care of yourself, lots of love TAD xxx

Heavens Matt, reckon you've had more than your quota of health problems to last you for the year! When I had a bad, persistant I used to wrap a towel firmly around my ribs when I coughed. (tip from Doc) That stopped the ribs from expanding and thus the pain. It was a chore but it worked! A belt works as well. You can still cough just as usual. Regards to Fran.
