My huband has got emphysema he had for what we know of for a couple of years he dose have trouble copeing with it but we getting there he keeps getting bad pain under his shoulder blades which is getting him Dow is this normal please

Sounds normal. It's the scarring on the lungs my right hand side goes from achy to sore and back again. I use a hot water bottle which defo helps xx

Thanku for that my hubby dose the same but it was worrying as I said he not copeing with it very well at the moment he not had a good few weeks but it helps to know that it ok
My husband too has severe Copd - any pain in his back including the shoulders blades usually indicates a chests infection for him. Has he seen a doctor? You say he has had a bad few weeks, he may have pulled muscles coughing etc. take care, lots of Love TAD xxx
