Note note hope you all get a great nights sleep. I had a fantastic day. Went to the next town on my mob scooter.it was great and Dave could walk with me. We did our shopping then had some lunch.

All sorted for our trip tomorrow. Best woshew Nan

Nan, your wish has been answered. I went a bit later to bed, last night nearer 11 pm, and slept till 5 am. Listened to Classic FM. I found the music so good that I didn't want to turn it off. I carried on listening to the beautiful sound.

Been to the midweek service in the village. We all meet in a friendly atmosphere, pray and drink tea with muffins.

Then on to the gym this afternoon, 6th week practising the from couch to 5 K. been hard to do 5 minutes fast, 3 min recovery, 8 min fast, puff, puff, heart rate 120, was happy to reach the recovery zone; then a last 5 min fast, and 3 min recovery. Lots of drinking during the recovery periods and some coughing too. Well I'm still alive and ready to do another session this afternoon. Good to hear you zoom well on your scooter. That's great a good nights sleep really sets you up. Glad you enjoyed your day. We had a busy morning getting ready for our trip. We are now in Southampton and have had a lovely evening with Oliver 21/2 & Alisia 6 mths. Yes spreading kind thoughts & wishes really works. Good night

Only 6 months! tha't brilliant! I bet he does plenty of "mouth exercises"!

My wife went to the uni there and qualified as an audiologist (hearing aids).

Morning Helingmick. Yes Alisia is very vocal but it's lovely to hear her. Oliver has a very rare medical condition so he can't talk he is an ace communicator & a delightful little boy. Have a good day I'm being paged by Alisia ☺
