A well, man flu over and back to work tomorrow. Only issue is with my sinuous being still blocked and still having a horrid taste and smell. Really can't complain, never went into my chest. Had a few days off the exercise regime, back to normality tomorrow.

Thanks for the feedback on my posts, such a great bunch of people.

I know how you feel, I can't get rid of my sinus problem, I'm waiting to see consultant. They told me mine is chronic, it will always be there. I heard dairy can make it worse so I've started having coconut milk instead of semi skimmed. If I'm brave enough one day I'll try dairy free chocolate instead of Cadbury's.

Have you tried Boots No 1 defence spray??? I use it to hold off colds and germs...it's brilliant and a friend of mine says it helps her sinus problems. Also another friend of mine with utterly dreadful sinusitis uses NEILMED - she buys it online. She thinks it's brilliant. Worth looking up. Stay well :)

Sounds like your sinuses have an infection with the bad smell and taste. See your doc. if it does not clear up.
