Got the upgrade for Healthunlocked,got my Blue Badge and learned how to do smilies.I also received my new hat and my crocs which are very comfortable.The sun is shinning on me although I actually feel awful,think I probably need to up the steroids but will put it off until I see my consultant if I can.Easy breathy :D. .

Great start to the day!

Please don't wait too long before upping your steroids - I always do and it takes even longer to work. This time I waited a week because of Oxygen Nurse visit yesterday but couldn't last without meds and started them 3 days before. I was really bad - and I'm only now beginning to feel almost human again ...

You know it makes sense, FarmerD! (Imagine a smiley face here!!)

Hi FarmerD Great to hear you got your Blue Badge mine arrived in post yesterday (after plenty of fighting to get it!!) It's funny how although you may be aching but how a few little things that are positive i.e Smiley Faces can ease your discomfort and just give you that little lift. !!!!

Greetings Plumbob, Healthunlocked seems to be getting a new look, layout etc so there is a new version available now. There may be a blue bar underneath the green Healthunlocked bar at the top of your screen. If you have the blue bar you can click to upgrade to the new version of Healthunlocked. But be warned many people do( initially at least) not like it very much. Huggs wrote about it yesterday -look up her post if you like. The new version does not do anything different, but appears to be brighter with different layout, things harder to find if not used to it. Huggs and others wanted to go back to the old layout once that had upgraded by clicking on the blue bar. We think the new layout is only beneficial if you want to use it on an iphone or similar on the run. We also think that eventually we will all be automatically changed to the new layout. I am not clicking on my blue bar as I want to remain on the old version as long as possible. My best wishes to youxxx
