Evening

Yes I have and it's really frightening, tiny sips of warm water always help my tickle lean slightly forward and continue the pursed lip breathing.

Hi, Thanks for the tip. However not sure I would have the breath to inflate a balloon. I'll give it a try though. Cheers.

Hi Malinka,

Yes I have a tickle from time to time which really sends me into a total frightened meltdown, I take small sips of Mukdine and sips of water, it helps.

good luck

I'm similar to you and I've been having cough/choking fits where I feel as tho there's a tiny hair or something in my throat. It doesn't happen with pursing lips particularly. 3 or 4 weeks ago I had a chest infection. Once that cleared I seemed to be having many of these attacks. Perhaps my throat was more sensitive. Even wondered about an allergy to pollen. Thankfully much less frequent now but a dreadful feeling. I didn't want to go anywhere just in case. I found blowing my nose and Lockets helped. Not too bad now, but was terrible 2 weeks ago. Hope yours clears soon. Gina x
