Been infection free for a year, but feels like start of flu coming on. Really nervous about it getting on my chest.

Last time I had flu I ended up in hospital with tracheitis and that was before I had the breathing issues I have now. Fingers crossed.

Try mega vit c ... 1000. Hourly . I did for 3 hours and nipped cold in bud.
