Hi Everest, I use seretide 50/500 and spiriva, and don't have sore knees. I do however get the most appalling cramps in my hands and feet, and for that I try to remember to take tonic water. Perhaps a quick call to the BLF helpline on Monday would throw some light onto your complaint of sore knees - click on the Red Balloon on the right for the telephone number. Take care x
Thanks initial for your reply I will give them a ring on Monday and let you know
Hi initial,
I rang the BLF helpline yesterday ( Monday ) and they have no record of anyone having sore knees from our medication. However they did give me some advice about seeing the doctor and asking for a blood test with regards to my calcium levels and maybe get an X-ray on the knee joints. They are very helpful and I would ring them again for advice if I need too.

Nope. I've heard some people on Statins get achey joints though.
Sorry I'm no help
Are you on statins they can give you painful knees
Not been on statins for 6 months, so they should have gone out of my system by now. Thanks for the thought though. It's a mystery. I'm going to ring British lung foundation tomorrow and see if they have any idea what's happening. Failing that it's the docs.
Regards
Keith
