What a colourful photograph Vonnie50. Nearly all the colours of the rainbow can be seen.

I'm making light of your knees, of course, but they look very painful. The positive thing is the operation is over and you can soon look forward to walking without pain. Best wishes for 2020. Chrys

Hi Vonnie, My deepest apologies I thought you were the person who had had knee replacements. I checked your profile and realise you had a nasty fall on the estate where you live. Your knees tell the story, they look so painful! Is there going to be a follow up with an xray to see if there's any other damage rather than bruising? I hope your recovery continues and you will be walking well into the new year. Best wishes, Chrys

Hi Connie they look really sore, hope they heal soon. You have a lovely day and take care of yourself 😊 Bernadette xx

Strewth! I thought your heading said 'Knees Up' and I was ready to put my glad-rags on before I realised my mistake. You certainly went a cropper, keep those legs moving gently so you don't stiffen up. (Nice pair of pins you have there.😉)

Hi Vonnie, have you tried arnica cream? It’s entirely natural. It helps to ease and reduce bruising. I think you’d have to avoid any open cuts but it really does help with bruises. I hope you start to feel better soon.
