i have been on that a year or more ,i don`t think a lot of it myself, i also have atrovent and seretde ,ventolin and uniphyllin, xmas time my doc stopped the atrovent, said it was the same as the bromide ,but i was very s.o.b, so last week he has put me back on atrovent and i feel much better ,which i think shows the bromide is not that good (only my opinion though)

Yes I`ve just gone onto Eklira, aclidinium bromide, and I find it very good. I`d been on Spiriva for years but I think this is a lot better for me. Regards, Sheila

No I don`t get sob but a mouthful of grit. It`s ok once I`ve rinsed. I found Spiriva made my mouth very dry the whole day no matter what I did so this Eklira is an improvement for me. Sheila x
