I can hear the wind buffeting the house. Fortunately, before going to bed, I set my radio to play Classic FM for 20 minutes. That is a definite help that sends me to sleep. Swwet dreams!

I find my sleep patterns change when i am on steroids, i have had 6 courses since mid october and i think i need another as my breathing isn't good. I have an appointment this afternoon, so we will see what he suggests. The fall from my chair and breaking 2 ribs and my collarbone didn't help as my breathing was so shallow because it hurt to breathe, its a lot better now but it s set me back. I will proably feel better when/if the weather improves.
