It's a traditional herbal therapy for asthma, which lends it some credibility but, to date, scientific evidence is lacking.

Hi Stilltruckin have you ever herd of lung vibrator it is advertised on a web site you use it like an inhaler and it contains a powder the web site that advertises it is asking people to help them with trials for COPD and have advertised on tv this week.

I am not sure about that but I have just read some research from America which states that ginger is good for asthma (from the COPD news of the Day newsletter). TAD xx

It's true Tadaw. Ginger is one of the best ingredients for breathing difficulties, not a cure but helps relax the airways, blackcurrant is another one I believe is good for asthmatics.

Echinacea is a waste of time, but Ginger is fabulous and great for people with chest problems.

Some flowers have a very "quiet" effect. Vitamins too, you won't suddenly say, aha ! I can feel that vitamin working. I think it depends on how long you take it, and how much you need. usually our food should provide everything we need. But if you discover something that does you good, go ahead.

On a personal experience, when I am very ill, nothing works !!!

But I think results can be hidden and still exist without us noticing a booming effect!

Everything in moderation!
