I was only thinking this afternoon, whether anyone was trying to lose weight in the forum. I struggle as i am not very active. There are several on line sites. WW, Slim.World, Weight Loss Resources, Boots, Tesco to name a few.

Congratulations on your peak flow being up up up :)

Good luck with the weigh and measuring tomorrow.

Hi Annieseed, I have pulmonary Fibrosis and Rheumatoid Arthritis and take a lot of steroids. I was told I would not loose weight because of this. However fed up of buying bigger clothes I registered with Scottish Slimmer's online in April. I am pleased to report that I have lost 2 stones and 1lb in 21 weeks since. However I do have to be very strict with myself, and have not touched alcohol since last November, which helps because that is only empty calories. I did this because my respiratory Doc said it would help my breathing, and it has. Give it a go, good luck. Cheryl
