i have c.o.p.d..i was on 3.5 oxygen they lowered it to .2....i do fine when im sitting but when i move i drop to 90.and gasp for air why
90 is okay. I am glad they have been able to lower the rate for you.

Why don't you give the help line a call tomorrow see if they can help you. Maybe when your mobile you need a little more oxygen, they told me to up mine when I'm active. Xxx

Hello and welcome to this fab site. 90 is actually ok, as far as I understand anything under 88 is when we should get worried. That's usually when I find myself struggling. M
Hi welcome to the site ! I agree with Mocarey above - 90 is OK. I was speaking to a respiratory nurse when my husband was given oxygen and she said sometimes it helps people with breathlessness and sometimes it just does not but it is protecting vital organs. I would suggest you either ring your gp or perhaps ring the helpline I am sure they could give you some good advise. TAD xx
