That's one of the biggest stresses moving house so glad you survived that I've not been coping very well with the heat wave getting breathless and my feet have been swelling up more then normal so my gp as had to put my water tablets up xx

It's not been as hot in Scotland, but my ankles have become cankles too! Hopefully temps will start to fall to a more accommodating level Judy x

Not nice is it I've just been lay on my bed most of the time with a large fan pointing NY way and windows open and I like you got goose bumps to and what a lovely feeling that was xx

Yep, Pamela just about keeping cool - think the pressure is building for a storm though and that's when the breathing takes a bit of a nose dive until we've had one! The cat will be petrified, he hates them. xx

It still logs me out at least once a day, hopefully it will get better.
