Hi everyone long time since I posted just thought I would drop by and see how everyone is :-).

I am due to finish my PR this Friday and once again have enjoyed every single session great staff and have met some very lovely people, sad to actually leave will miss them all .

Going away to Brean next week for 4 days taking mum with us ,she hasn't had a holiday for 17 years bless her so am hoping she is well enough to go and that she enjoys it .

Hello cakes and welcome. When I finished my 6 weeks on rehab, I was told that the one I went to carry’s on with a maintenance group, once a week but you have to pay. I carried on and some of the same people were there as at the first 6 weeks and it has certainly helped me also I do the exercises at home. It might be worth asking if they do a maintenance group at ur end. Met lots of nice people and we all have one thing in common, sadly. Good luck to u. 👍🤓
