For the first time in ages went out, was becoming a bit of a rucluse. My best friends birthday she lives in a neighbouring village but we grew up together in my local village with our other friend who was also there. I was so nervous about going but it was a big success, felt really good and got another consignment of freshly dug new pots (they're famers). Now I want to go out again, think I've broken the spell.

Yay! The first step is the hardest they say. I believe them too - there will be no stopping you now - and the weather is supposed to be kind to us for a few days too - stepping out in the sunshine has got to be better than howling wind and rain any day. Have fun xx
That's exactly what it is exblonde - 'is it worth the effort', well just got to pull myself together. I also suffer from anxiety which dosn't help. Thanks everyone for your encouragement.
Well done Libby, you have every reason to feel good about yourself. The first time is always the hardest they'll be no stopping you now. Happy for you hun.
Well Libby good news on your outing. I feel a little reticent going anywhere but am always quite proud of myself afterwards. I always feel better when I have ventured into the outside world.Trouble is I tend to spend to much money if I go anywhere near shops!!
