A Baileys would be in order. Anyone joining me? Happy to share a drop (literally a drop !)
The end of an interesting day - my son and heir wounded in the course of duty (pushing, well actually pulling a trolley in Sainsbugs - the trolley won); and then pulling one of my very few muscles in the shoulder pulling down the car boot (son and heir couldn't manage that because of his horrendous injury - his words !)
We consoled ourselves with mini cupcakes (9) divided equally so therefore me four and son five - loving this equality thing.
Chit chats with some very fine people and thus onto the Baileys. It's a hard knock life

Ooooh, thanks Scrobbitty. No ice in mine, thank you. Would you care for a Malteser?
Enjoy your Baileys not for me though thanks , I could not even sip a drink after eating my pudding (chocolate mug cake) before my dinner .. lol tummy feels a little bit funny serves me right.
Nothing wrong in pudding before dinner whatsoever ! Son says he will be scarred for life but he will carry on bravely. He also suggested that I get a new iphone 5 and a cheap one - he will have the iphone. He says. This is because I just dropped my quite old and frankly on its last legs mobile in my coffee dregs because I was too lazy to clear away mug to make way for da Baileys. Karma always gets ya !
oh dear poor old phone !, you two are having some fun and nonsense tonight lol best medicine for car boot and for horrendous injuries but I'll have tea too, if your making for Chris
Might as well do two as one - mind you I do have to warn you I am pretty rubbish at tea, the half dead son is much better. Perhaps if I borrow some crutches ..............
With no apologies for being a boring old fart, I'll take a mug o tea !
An' feel jut as good...........although there is a fine old port someplace
Now normally would enforce the son to do the cuppa but as its you I will trundle off to kitchen ...................... the port sounds good - fair exchange is no robbery
No worries, another recce into son's stash - liking this equality ! Cheers !
Have you got anything with chocolate in it please? I'm all out and twitching. It's bedtime and calmness is required. And I've been to the hospital today, she says pitifully.
How about a cappuccino with chocolate sprinkles ............... hospital girls need chocolate That was very pitiful but have to say the pitiful award goes to the only just alive by a thread son.
Yes please and nobody can do pitiful like little boys no matter how old they are. Thankyou

Care for a Malteser too? I have plenty.... my nice friend (who will be decidedly thinner than myself shortly) sent me a mountain of them.... well you know what these Americans are like!

Yes please. Have you ever done hamster cheeks with them?

Heeheehee.... as if I, as an adult would do such a thing ..... darn tooting I have - doesn't everybody? x x
Crumbs, now you're talking - unfortunately no double cream and as son is now on life support he is unable to crawl to Tescos for supplies - naked Baileys doing the trick though
It's actually an orange Baileys - special offer at Morrisons - and I got a free glass with it - so feel obliged to drink it now. Also need to drown sorrows and worry about son who is now merely hanging onto life by a thread, allegedly.
Night, night, all. Hope son's injury doesn't fester in the night and have to go to A&E alone and wait for 5 hours for treatment. That'll serve him right!
Have saved you one for this evening Annie - we couldn't leave you out ! x
Luv Baileys so I will share one (or two) with you. Have you ever tried it with Irish whiskey like Jamesons? I got very drunk on that once...but thats another story.
